RAM : Corsair Vengeance LPX 2*8Go (3600 mhz) Flash-updating the BIOS with an USB key (I can't even access it, even when pressing DEL). Removing the CMOS battery for a while, trying to boot without it. Swapping the RAM sticks & trying with only one stick. Using another power outlet (basically swapped the ones used by monitor and PSU). Removing and reinserting the CPU and its fan. The fans will turn on as soon as I press the PSU button again, except if I plug and unplug the power cord : then I'll have to press the case's power button. I also can't turn the computer off by pressing the button on the top of the case.
